MESSAGE

Dogs who are new to massage will have an introductory massage as their first massage session. This session begins with an initial consultation of your dog’s individual needs. A discussion on short-term and long-term goals will occur followed by an introductory Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, or Senior Massage.

Swedish Massage - This massage emphasizes wellness and relaxation through energizing the body. It does this by stimulating circulation through the manipulation of the soft tissues. This is a great choice for dogs who are new to massage or who do not engage in regular sports or strenuous activity. A Swedish Massage is also a good option for relieving anxiety and helping to relax nervous and anxious dogs.

Sports Massage - his massage is specifically designed for sport dogs, working dogs, and dogs who are involved in regular physical activity, regardless of whether they compete or not. Sports massages are typically used before, during, and after athletic events or other physical activity to prepare dogs for peak performance, prevent injury, and aid recovery.

Senior Massage - The senior massage is the perfect choice for older, less active seniors. Massage strokes typically consist of lighter pressure and a more gentle approach. This massage can help diminish the aches and pains associated with aging while making dogs more comfortable, creating a better overall quality of life.
